I got charged 100$ for a doctor to give me some contacts and say put those in your eyes .. On top of that I have tricare . That's absolutely ridiculous he didn't do anything different to me that he did to my friend who got glasses other than tell me to put these contacts in so I basically paid 100$ for some contacts that's BS . Had I known that I would of just got the glasses and been done with that ! This place overcharges . The only reason I used them is because they are open Saturday's . I went back home last year with tricare service and only paid 30$ for the contacts and for them to show me how to do it and they also gave me a case and some soultion . Never using this place again !

We are sorry you felt your service was not to your expectations. Part of the cost that is included with your contact lenses evaluation is follow-up care. At our offices, if you have any problems with the fit, feel, or wear time of your contacts for the first 30 days, you can return to any of our doctors at no-charge. We have also been very concerned about the cases and solutions. For over 20 years many solution manufacturers gave us an endless supply of solution to give to patients. Recently the brands we recommend have stopped giving us samples and only giving us coupons to give to patients to cut on their cost of distribution. We hope they change this practice in the future.

Most personable experience we've ever had! The entire staff were beyond accommodating! They were friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, into their job! It's hard to find Drs or their staff that truly want to get to the bottom of a patients issues. My son had brain surgery a couple years ago! Not only did the a staff member recall him from another center location but they made sure to realllllly watch him since his eyes were bothering him. The dr was more than amazing. He is in the field God placed him! He looks at each individual as if they were his first patient ever! His care and concern shines through! We have found out family eye care facility!

I have never had such a perfect experience! Not only was their staff inviting but they too were interested in the well being of each of my children. One assistant remembered my child from years earlier at a different location. The dr himself is a true asset to that business. His passion and love for his job shines through. I will never go anywhere else for I know they are actually looking closely to the eye and how to better ones quality of life.

Appointment was quick, and to the point. Very displeased it took 35+ minutes to get called back when I had a scheduled appointment, and showed up 15 minutes for the appointment. Appointment was at 2, didn't get seen till just after 2:30pm. Wait time has serious room for improvement

Overall my treatment and appointment were fine . The only problem was my appointment did not start on time and it took a really long time for everything to get done . Everyone was pleasant to work with and answered all my questions .

Everytime we go here the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Since moving to Jacksonville in 2009, it's the only eye doctor we've gone to and we won't leave it until we move.

I am satisfied from the service I have in the eye clinic at WalMart, was fast to take an appointment, and I finished quickly, I didn't have the prescription glass yet, but I hope it will be accurate to my eye site.
I will be back again whenever I need a new prescription glass.
