The fact that Ritchie Dental Group leaves up negative reviews on their FB page speaks to their integrity. My experience was positive. Dr. Ritchie immediately responded to my text & got me in as soon as his office opened after the winter storm. My dental 2nd opinion confirmed what Dr. Ritchie said & did, with the total cost $722 less (least of my concerns at the time but a nice plus). Opting for sedation (nitrous- only the 2nd time in many years so didn’t know what to expect), dental-angel Lisa was by my side the whole time for a broken tooth repair requiring a crown & further complicated by gum surgery because of the way the break occurred. No pain for me from start to finish. Also, thanks to Sam & Fatima who graciously fielded my numerous questions/concerns before the procedure. Dr. Ritchie is a busy professional yet kindly took the time to help me get my earpod music going on my phone before we started LOL because I didn’t have my glasses. Not everyone is going to have a positive experience all the time, but the Ritchie crew did a great job making me as comfortable as possible. Thank you.
