Some techs have to constantly call the company for advice/instructions. Perform unnecessary, ineffective, expensive work. Overcharge for cheap parts. Six appointments cancelled by Rite Way, even though there was a service contract promising priority service. Tried to charge twice for the same job; had to send them a copy of the receipt.
