I am very pleased with the way my rug came out. It looks wonderful and it seems to be softer and plusher underfoot. It was also nice to see where the work is done, the rugs hanging and drying, and in the picture you sent it looks like my rug you were working on.

I brought you 3 rugs-two handmade orientals, that had gotten wet from dirty water from the washer. I just put them down and they all look great. On top of that, you guys delivered them to the Runge store, which is much closer to my house. Nice job.

We had a sick cat who urinated on a rug. Rite Way Cleaning removed the odor completely. We now have had four rugs cleaned and will only use Rite Way Cleaning for our rugs in the future.

The rugs look and smell great. Moth resistance included and some pads. Excellent pricing. I used the Yarmouth pick up option. Limited hours.

my oriental rugs, one old and one modern, came back looking better, tho' stabilizing repairs on the older one look as if they may not last. the broadloom runner I sent with them still had some spots on it when it was returned. I appreciated Mike's willingness to deliver the rugs directly to me, a few doors away from his Yarmouth shop.

What wonderful work with a rug that was indeed needing a lot of cleaning! I was going to toss the piece, but it looks fabulous and I am referring everyone to this great cleaning service! In fact I left another 'good' rug to be cleaned when I picked up this one.
