I was not a regular customer but I have visited other salons in the SCV and received a very cold reception being a first time customer. The few times I received services at Rituals it was warm and professional. The products they used were not harsh and the staff was friendly I felt very comfortable getting a facial for the first time and was planning to return at some point.

I think it's rude how you guys are closing and barely let your employees know this week! Now I don't know where my esthetician will be because she doesn't know herself. That's very selfish of the owner

Everyone there is extremely friendly, so much so that if it is your first time going or nth amount time going it feels like "home." They are efficient and effective. I recommend it to anyone.

Btw, I get the Brazilian wax done by Jan. She is phenomenal. The rest of the team there is amazing.

It's been hard to find a place that will take the time to understand that some of us men like a more styled haircut and not just shear us and move on. I always enjoy the whole experience front start to finish and feel I really get my monies worth. I recommend this to all the guys out there who want something more.

My haircut experience w/ Hope was awesome, as always...Renee was great, also, when I called earlier in the day to actually book the appointment...the thing I love about all of you at Rituals is that you treat people very nicely and there is never a weird hair salon attitude...you girls are super cool and always very helpful...thank you for always making me feel welcomed and appreciated...
