The veterinarian checked Pilot over twice now and all is well. I have not had to deal with any negative diagnosis, thank goodness. The front desk staff have been very assisting. Once when the dry cat food I generally purchase was not in stock and a timeline for new stock was explained, without a request I was telephoned when it was then in stock. I appreciated the phone call it saved me any bother. I am very thankful for such a courtesy.
We are going to be seeking another opinion from another vet. This vet said we had to run thousands of dollars worth of tests on our old dog because she thinks we need to pull a few tiny teeth, and refused to give the vaccines we came for until we did all these tests. So we paid $96 for the vet to give us their option of how we could line their pockets with money, and that was it. Going elsewhere.
