The only negative is the check out and billing process. I wish there was a way to pay the bill and get out the door faster at the end of the appointment. I brought my dog in for vaccination with a tech visit which went very quickly but waited a long time for the information to be uploaded in the computer before I could pay the bill.
Awesome as usual! Thank you Stacey!! You're so great! Should have reviewed a long time ago, Im in there, like every day! Dr. Fried and Dr. Rosato could not be more attentive and thorough. Sara, Raef, Josh, Angella.. all of you! Caring & efficient staff all around.
Highly recommend!!!! Oh, and Iove the new expansion/signage, looks really cool! People who don't even have pets have noticed!!
We came to the office to have Calypso's nails trimmed and to pick up two hydrating bags for her. Brian was very sympathetic and helpful when I asked to stay with her while her nails were being clipped because she's old and fearful. It went well. But although we had arranged in advance for the hydrating bags, they were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait. I was very pleased that the staff was very attentive and got the bags made up as soon as possible and that there was a polite apology.
As always wonderful to see Dr. Fried. Did not like the fact that some receptionist named Michelle made me change my appointment to an earlier time slot which made me miss work and when I arrived I had to wait almost 45 minutes. I don't mind the wait but if I could have come in later, as originally requested, I would not have lost my own client time and money. First time this ever happened to me so I assume the woman is new. Normally the other people who staff the front desk are on point. However, this is still the best vet I know and would not trust my dog with anyone else.
For the past 4 years we assisted our father who was 80 at the time with his toy poodle Millie -his companion who is also a senior. The attention to details on the health needs of our family pet Millie was extraordinary. She was operated twice at age of 15 mammary tumors. At the age of 17.6 she is very old but still thriving. Sadly she outlived her owner and our dad. We have adopted her and continue to look to Dr. Freed and others there for her care. This is a terrific place for all dog owners and animal lovers. Thank you!
