I was highly dissatisfied in the poor customer service I received in my last visit. Brought in two cats for exams and nail grooming. The kitten had never been to the vet. Her exam lasted all of a few minutes. They basically wee more concerned with pushing over priced medications. Got home and lo and behold no nail grooming performed.

The veterinarians are excellent. The staff is always helpful and from the way they treat the patients, one can tell that they love animals. Their wonderful care has saved our cat's life!!

Professional and friendly staff. Veterinarian was knowledgeable and informative. Wait time is minimal. Spacious and clean waiting area. Comfortable examination rooms.

At first for first appointment seemed very nice and inviting and caring although again I was charged for a fecal test never called back about one and or the test results now my second visit was awful the doctor was rude and she was super sick very sneezing I felt uncomfortable how sick she was not to mention very rude and forceful and made me feel less of myself if u could afford to buy something for my puppy or a certain care she did not seem to care about my puppies health only cared to charge me on things I did not ask for and proceed to say it was needed things okay well I did not ask for it if someone does not ask for something you do not add it on your free will SOMEONE PEOPLE GO TO THE VET FOR CERTAIN THINGS I went in for shots and was charged side line things that I did not ask for it was overall an awful experience I feel answers were not answered and I will not be returning all the reviews are true about this place very money hungry and do not care for the health of your pet only the bang of ur buck very sad due the fact that the place is very clean and nice .. try hiring people who actually care for animals !

The front desk were professional and helpful. The doctors knew exactly what they were doing and explained what I did wrong and how to improve my cats healthy lifestyle. Am extremely happy with their services.
