Always trying to give unnecessary services
River's Edge Veterinary Hospital replied:
The Doctors and staff at River's Edge never recommend unnecessary services, it is unethical and does not foster lifelong relationships with our clients. However, we understand veterinary care can be expensive and you might not fully understand why we are recommending certain services. We don't want anyone to leave unsatisfied or thinking that they were being financially taken advange of. I sincerely encourage you to call the office and ask to speak with Dr. Jones or Dr. Karla and let us know how we failed in relaying the importance of the services we recommended. Again, we're your animals voice and advocate and sometimes emergent and preventative veterinary care is expensive, but we never, EVER, offer services that are unnecessary just to increase your bill.

My family enjoys going to Southside Family Chiropractic. The staff are very friendly and courteous every time we go in and are always happy to see us. They have helped my son so much that I no longer have to give him allergy medicine and have helped me get rid of migraines and back pain.
