I have been going to McDonald Optical since 1971. Reid and his excellent staff continue the McDonald tradition of outstanding customer service, just as Al and Don did. Several years ago I was in an early evening biking accident in which my glasses were destroyed. Reid opened the store so he could put my lenses into another frame and bring them to the hospital where I was being treated for my injuries. Try and find a chain store that would do that!
