The salon was nice and I usually love Aveda salons. However, I did not care for the stylist. The fact that I will not be returning or recommending this salon mainly stems from being quoted one price over the phone when I made the appointment and then being charged nearly Double as I checked out! That's not the way to sustain or maintain business customers for sure!
Sarah sorry to hear you where disappointed with the price. Upon further investigation I have found that both you and your mother where charged the base price for everything and then given the we miss you and new client discounts so in this case your were charged less than what was quoted to you.
