R. K. Payne Inc. has been serving Fredericksburg, King George, Colonial Beach and surrounding areas since 1983. We are factory authorized Carrier dealers but we service all makes and models. We carry the complete line of Carrier air conditioning, heat pumps, gas furnaces and oil furnaces. We specialize in high efficiency and hybrid systems. We also service and install a complete line of emergency power generators.

Im very pleased with the work Rick Payne and his people diid installing my 24k generator. Everything was expertly installed. He also alerted me to several problems with my existing heating/AC system that needed fixing. As a homeowner I am not aware of potential problems that may creep up until they cause system failure at the most inopportune time. He was able to fix everything on the spot.

Greatly appreciate the quality of attention Ben Duckworth provided to our 2 HVAC systems and probably as important to us as the homeowners recently. He was ever so patient with ALL the questions we asked him. We totally trust Ben and the other RK Payne team members. They came to our rescue last year when one HVAC system decided to stop working. Due to the pandemic, the replacement HVAC was delayed for 6 weeks, but we were kept informed of the status of the equipment. Customer service is top notch!! Thank you!
