The RMS staff was very courteous from my first phone call onward. They also clearly told me what options I had, and what they might find on the car. Happily, my brakes needed the smaller amount of adjustment we all hoped for.

They also offered to take my car to get its yearly state inspection, which was very nice of them. I declinded, but I appreciate the offer.

I had a bad experience with this shop. I came in because I thought one of my belts had broken, so they checked it out and told me it was my battery. So, they replaced my battery, cable end. and the cable itself. When they called to tell me it was ready they then said I needed to get two of my belts replaced as well as a harmonic balancer. I'm not sure why they didnt catch it the first time around, but they told me it was going to be about double the cost it initially was.

I have family in the car service business so I decided to have it towed to my brothers shop because of the additional cost. After he looked at my car he told me that they didn't replace my battery wire ( which I was charged for), just the wire end.The battery may not even needed to be replaced if the alternator wasn't working, but I can't verify. It also didn't need to have the harmonic balancer replaced, just the belts. I hate to think they are trying to skim some extra $$ off the top, but I don't know what else to think

My driver-side AC was not working on my Acura RDX. I called on a Friday afternoon. I got an appointment first thing Saturday morning and I got my car back at noon with AC working great after the freon was topped off. I also had the oil changed and replaced the air filter and dust/pollen filter since they were due for maintenance. The price was very reasonable.
