I really enjoyed working with these guys. I am brand new to Houston and so it is always a little intimidating looking for a new place for your car and not getting talked into a whole bunch of stuff. But I got rearended and they did a beautiful job on my car. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish I would have been kept more in the loop on timing. I had to call them almost every time to figure out when I was going to get my car back. But other than that, loved it here.

Charged $120 to be told there's about $1,100 worth of work to be done to the car. Went to another shop to find out I just needed a new blinker bulb and the on board computer needed a reset. They also one time charge me for an alignment that they straight up didn't do. I called to complain and they offered to do it the next time I came in, but I had to fight them not to charge. I thought I had good experiences in the past here but now I think I've just been duped on everything. Never going back again.

your headlight assembly was cracked and moisture caused the bulb to blow, the new one you put in will not last long. Also we performed a test called a smoke test to confirm the emissions canister issue. The check engine light will come back on soon as well. If you can no longer trust us due to an alignment issue I apologize. I am sure the alignment was done (it doesn't make a difference, but we didn't charge you for the alignment).
