The facilities were really nice and clean and all the personnel were super polite and nice. Overall first impressions were great.
However, the room I had my massage in was unbelievably cold, when I walked in the last thing i wanted to do was change, at some point the massage therapist had to leave the room to change the temperature because she was freezing too. At least the bed was warm and the blankets were really soft.
The massage itself, with Nancy I believe, was not very good. I would suggest someone receive the same massage to understand. Even with comments about how vigorous and too fast it was nothing changed. I have had lots of massages before and enjoy deep pressure but this did not seem like someone who had good training; some of my bones today are hurting because they were repeatedly pushed on too hard. I feel like the knowledge of anatomy, what kind of strokes to use, the general idea that a massage should be relaxing even if the pressure is intense, was just not there. I am sorry to say this because she seems like a very nice person, but I do no think anyone would like that kind of massage, it is not just a case of style.
I may give it a chance again but with a different therapist.
