We are very happy with the service from the office staff, vet techs and vets.
Anyway great care for our dogs. Explanations given for procedures, vaccinations, etc.
Kitty's appointment was for 1:10 pm. We arrived at approximately 1:00 pm and were in the car and leaving at 1:24 pm, so the entire appointment went very fast. The staff were cordial and helpful, and the vet tech and vet were able to clip the kitty's nails without the kitty going ballistic. All in all the entire experience was excellent--for the slave and for the kitty.
We are first time pet owners and are so thankful we decided to take our dog here. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and have taken great care of our dog. They've also been patient with us and have answered all of our many questions :)
Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Caring, friendly staff. It was recently necessary for us to euthanize our beloved dog. Everything was prepared when we arrived. The staff was sensitive to our distress, explained everything and gave us all the time we needed be with our pet before and after he crossed over the "Rainbow Bridge". Whether it's been routine care or helping us through the inevitable process of saying goodbye to a member of our family, we have been thankful and grateful that Robbins Road Animal Clinic has been there for us.
I am very pleased about Smile GH. I love the building and setting. The people who work there in the front office/reception are very friendly and helpful-thank you Meredith and Madison!! Brooke has done my chomper assessments and has been very patient and helpful with my questions about my teeth...and how you set up a plan that allows me to do it in steps over some time.
When I left the office yesterday and headed to work, I not only had a better understanding of what I needed to have done over the course of time but, get this...I thought about my teeth and what a wonderful gift they are! I have taken them for granted forever. (the following comments are not intended to be controversial, but)...I thought about God's provision in creating us humans so that we have little teeth as kids and gave us another set for our grown up faces! He thought of everything and they are so different that the rest of body! And He put them where they will help us the most rather than on my arm or forehead! :)
Maybe more than you were asking but I was treated very well and appreciate it. Respectfully, Dave Johnson
