Need to do a better job scheduling appointments. Had to wait 45 minutes past appointment time to be seen. The time before I had a 30 minute wait.

I would follow Amanda Smith anywhere. She always makes me feel so beautiful and confident when I leave. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I have been to ARCs several times previously and never had a bad experience until this time. The requested that the stylist cut my hair in simple long layers taking 2-3 inches off of the bottom. Instead she cut off 5-6 inches and didn't even dry my hair adequately. She was going to then curl my hair, but I declined and decided to leave before more damage was done by applying hot tools to hair that was evidently still damp. I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

Service is always great and Mel is awesome. The interior seems to be more dilapidated each time I visit. The duct work is very dusty and walls need touched up/repaired. It is obvious in some areas the attention to detail cleaning has fallen to the wayside. And while I realize cleaning hair from the floor is part of business, using a blow dryer to scatter it away from a chair next to a client doesn't seem ideal.

This was my first experience at the ARCS Salon, typically my stylist was at the Walk In Salon location, but has since moved to this location. I can not say enough about my stylist- Amanda! She is always awesome, ready to listen, and makes my hair look great no matter what style I decide to try. The atmosphere at ARCS was wonderful and the customer service was great! I will definitely continue my services with Amanda and love the ARCS location.
