Dr. Sun is great, the staff needs to be trained to treat customer better.
When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone, for 7 minutes I got no attention, not even sign telling me she will be back. A lady from the Optical section noticed that I am not happy, she came, got the sign in sheet ( no papers was there) told me to fill it.
I was called and went inside, the technician wasn’t happy as I asked her the purpose of that test, then was waiting for the doctor for about 30 minutes.
Again the doctor was so nice and accurate, patient, .. etc. the staff is not.
