Only went here for convenience since it's like 5mins away from my house. Overall, simple, swift, easy process. The place was typical as you would expect from any optometry, but what stand out to me was one of the front receptionist sounded like she didn't want to be there and hated her job. Lastly, the lady helping me out picking out frames didn't really care and just wanted to get the process done soon as possible. When I introduced myself she looked at me like I was a criminal and looked at my hand like it was infected. Didn't know shacking someones hand could be offensive, but yet again, this is 2017 where everyone can get offended. I work in the customer service field and I didn't feel welcomed at all to say the least. I'm not asking for everyone to be super happy, but if I can get better customer service from Chick Fil A then you know there's something wrong. Either way, decent experience.
