Every year (for the past 5 years) my mom, sister and I have made appointments the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Robert Andrews at 10:30 for spa appointments (same time). Every year it has been great, but this year was terrible. My sister and I called together on the Tuesday before the appointments to confirm the time. It was verbally confirmed by a call center associate that our appointments were at 10:30 (all three of us). However, Saturday rolled around and someone called my sister (at 9:45) and said that two of us had 9:30 appointments and the other one had 10:30. This was inaccurate. Much back and forth with the manager, and she was able to get us back to our 10:30 appointments. Initially she was not able to do it and said, "sorry we are booked today." But then was able to make it happen. However, it was a constant mix up even after this. They gave me a clip board and said I was the maternity massage (I am NOT pregnant.. my sister is). They mixed up all the names of the people who were giving massages. Told me Terri would be doing the maternity massage--but Terri did mine? And then, when it was time to take us back, I went at 10:30, My sister went at 10:45 and my mom did not go until 11:00 (which was not what we originally scheduled). I was hoping for a relaxing day but it was nothing but stressful. At the end, we all paid full price for our day of chaos.
I never write reviews, but feel that this is warranted. It was very bad business on Saturday. I have had many, many appointments at RA for spa services, and now I hesitate to ever make another one again after what happened Saturday.
