I visited doctor's office a month ago for my cataract. I was told that they will bill my insurance. However the office staff charged my credit card and told me that they refund the money as soon as the money is received from insurance. Till today my claim was not submitted to the insurance company. They don't care as they received money already. Poor attitude.
