Previous appt was not recorded so I had to come back.
Fluoride is covered in my plan but it was not done during last visit. I have had to remind the hygienist in the past. Shouldn’t my dental record have that on file?

My first visit to your office and I was impressed overall with all the staff and my treatment. all my questions were answered about deep cleaning which I have never done as well as a complete xray and photos of all my teeth. I am happy with the quick ability to schedule further treatment and an explanation of insurance coverage. I look forward to a long relationship.

Best dental office and dentist I've ever experienced. Professional, timely, and friendly. I had a partial crown and didn't feel any pain at all and was in and out in an hour. They build the crown in office so it's very quick and no need for temporaries. I highly recommend Dr. Schaffer. He's the best!
