The stylist did a great job with my hair but overall experience was very disappointing. It was my first appointment with this particular stylist and I'll give it one more try but if the service will remain the same I will sadly not come back to this salon anymore. I really don't need to hear that working on my hair is "tedious", that is an absolutely ridiculous thing to say to someone. I was coming to this salon for about a year and each time the service was excellent. This lady is obviously a great stylist but maybe she does not need to take on anymore new clients if that's how she is going to treat them.
