The staff of Robert M's is always nice to all of the customers but it often goes beyond the basic courtesy. As an example, I happen to go there on Wednesday only to find that my appointment was scheduled for the following week. Rather than sending me home for a week's wait, they worked around my mistake and made an opening for me so that I would not have to drive home empty handed, so to speak. In the process, I am sure that I inconvenienced several of the hair dressers who might have had to give up a break time. One would never know it. There was a an easy smile from each of the ladies who worked on my hair. I was never made to feel like I had inconvenienced anyone. Thank you, everyone at Robert M's.
