This most recent visit was not up to the same level of service that I have had for the years that I have been coming to you with three different dogs. I was admitted to an evaluation room quickly, and the new vet tech was good at gathering information about our visit that day (she was the most pleasant person I encountered that day). I will say though that the vet himself was very distant, and off putting. He rushed through the exam, did not answer my questions with a full description or suggestions on what could be the issue or how I might try different remedies, did not give me my results of my dogs blood test and tell me everything was ok or not, did not ask me if I was a member of 800PetMeds and just gave me a package of the simparica trio (of which in these times of raised rates on everything is not helpful), and was just distant and made me feel like a number. The level of service that I have received in the past is the reason I have chosen to continue with your organization's facilities. I do understand that with COVID, it brought forth many changes in staff for you and challenges. I do not want to try and find another veterinarian facility, but this just made me extremely unhappy with what seems to have become a turn style operation. Please take this with a heavy heart, and I hope your staff will make some adjustments to become like the staff of old that made you feel welcome and like family, or better.
