Rhonda provided honest feedback about what to do with my hair. I wanted dramatic change but I love my long hair so it was very scary. I had a consultation with her a week prior - basically I wanted to "interview" her and see if her skills were a good "fit" for my hair .So many people have butchered my hair. After telling her what I would like to do, she gave me some really good ideas, I then asked her what she would do if she had her way with my hair: a significant cut from my decades of growth (oddly) sounded appealing
I have yet to read or see anyone say that this style looks good on me. I get compliments with adjectives such as stunning, fabulous, "damn girl!!!", hot, smokin', you look even younger!, flattering and contemporary... I have 67 compliments on Facebook. I've read them all but don't remember them all.

Cydni is always so amazing. She manages my thick and wild hair so well and is so easy to talk to. I recommend her and Roca to everyone looking for a hair stylist!

The Front Desk did not let the aesthetician know I was in the waiting area, and the aesthetician seemed frustrated. After that, she asked me questions about using Retinol, which seemed odd since I was there for a bikini wax.

We apologize for the experience you have described. It is our responsibility to go over all contraindications for spa services and oral retinoids can cause reactions with all waxing services. This is a standard question wor waxing services, though we understand how it may seem odd since it is usually associated with dream applications for the face.

I think Kelly is fantastic, as are both stylists I saw at Roca. However, more than that, when the stylist I had an appointment with abruptly quit, the staff at ROCA handled the issue as well (better actually) as I could imagine. They were understanding, kind and quick with answers. I appreciate the service more than you can possibly know.

Kalie was personable and very friendly, but I am so disappointed in the cut. I did not like it when I left and it has not gotten any better. My hair is ruined and II am waiting to get into my regular stylist to see if she can fix it. I was so looking forward to my first ever curly cut and I will probably never attempt one again. So disappointed!
