Everyone that I have worked with in getting my prescription set for me individually as a person/patient was great. I felt they all done an excellent job, and were all profession in there work habits. From the beginning when I was first tested at the first screening, thru the process of choosing glasses and sunglasses which I have always had both pairs since 1975 done an excellent job. I felt very informed as to just what would be going on next at all points during my exam until it was completed. Thank you all!

I am so happy I found out about Rochester Family Eye Clinic when my husband and I moved to Rochester. I love Dr. Baldus and the team at the Eye Clinic. The care provided is professional yet warm and caring. I would gladly recommend the Clinic to anyone.

I have been coming to Rochester Family Eye for a while now. The customer service has always been top notch from start to finish. From making an appt, getting eye exam done to selecting glasses or sunglasses.
I would like to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received this time from Amy.
From being greeted, to listening to what style of glasses I was thinging about, she was right there with a smile and nailed the choices. During both visits with her, while picking out frames, she had a smile on her face, great customer service demeanor and just nailed it. As someone is involved in customer service type industry, this type of customer experience is so valuable to the business.
I will continue to recommend Rochester Family eye to employees, friends and family.
