Ordered progressive bifocals - reading / computer combination, to replace a similar pair of glasses from a couple of years ago, which had worked fairly well, but were getting kind of scratched up. (previous pair came from another doctor). Really liked Doctor Scheer - personable, professional. Seemed pretty good. When assistant worked with me to select glasses, nothing was said about a problem with the type of glasses I wanted, but when they came in I noticed the "computer" part wasn't working very well. I was told "you can't really go that much of a difference in one pair (the previous pair certainly had!) and that I should simply move my computer monitor closer. I will keep these glasses and make them work, but probably won't be going back. There were also several different problems with billing my insurance, resulting in 2 different credits that had to be given to me. Only get one star because the survey won't let me give them "0" stars.
