Tyler was great at fixing our toilet. He was very professional and didn't try to oversell anything. He wanted to try a good/cheap fix before having to recommend something that would be very expensive. Toilet is working and not leaking anymore!

I would absolutely recommend Rocket Rooter! We had a sewer drain backup. We'd used Rocket Rooter before, so we called them. Tyler quickly cleared the clog and, after discussing why he thought there could still be some issue with the pipe, I agreed to have him do a camera inspection. We discovered there was a stick wedged in the pipe 70 feet out, about 12 feet under my lawn cleanout hatch. Tyler came back a few days later to remove the stick- given its location, i was really concerned that the only option was going to be digging up the lawn to excavate the pipe, but Tyler, with the aid of an attachment he engineered himself managed to pull the wedged stick out. Rocket Rooter saved me a lot of money and aggravation. I am highly impressed by their professionalism, skill, and knowledge, and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

The service was excellent. Tyler was on time, very professional, clean and courteous. He located the problem and was able to clear it, which was not an easy task. I am confident that we will not have problem with the drain in the future. We plan to use Rocket Rooter in the future for all of our jobs where we will be remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, to perform a drain pre-inspection.
