Yesterday's visit was fine but not quite as good as other times we have been. I never question the quality of care our pets get but they were just a bit less friendly toward us than usual and even though we have visited many times in the past year, I was asked to fill out an intake form. It seems like a simple "has anything changed?" question could have saved time and resources and provided a bit of interaction.
This was my first visit. The Dr and her staff were professional and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands. I had a good explanation of the choices available to me and my pet when I left. Great experience
We have recently moved to Lake of the Ozarks and we still bring our little ones back to Rockhill for care. Can't beat the staff and Doctors. Love you all and thanks for the loving care you give our babies.
Orginally Princess went to a Vet here in Crosby, TX because she acted like she was in pain. The Vet took one Xray, told us she had a tumor inside her belly, gave us a piece of paper for another vet to have an ultrasound to see if it was operable, and shoved us out the door. Lucky my roommate took a picture of the Xray. I immediately contacted the only Vet I could trust for advise, Dr Vodraska. She took the time to look at the Xray and informed me my baby needed surgery now. So I drove all the way from Texas to Rockhill the next morning. Princess is a Boston Terrier and only weighing 20 lbs and there was no one I would trust to treat her here. I have known Dr Vodraska for many years and she is an awesome vet, someone that truly cares about animals, and will do everything in her power to treat your baby. I met the staff at Rockhill the first time on Saturday and what amazing people they are. I never felt a more friendly and welcoming environment as I did being there. The surgery was a success and Princess is back to her normal self running and playing. Once again, thank you everyone at Rockhill for saving my baby's life.
