Lily was incredible! I came in for a blowout for a performance (I'm a professional opera singer), and not only did she give me exactly what I asked for, she checked in with me throughout to make sure that I was happy with the overall direction she was going and made adjustments along the way. My hair came out perfectly, and it stayed put throughout the whole show - which was major, because I was in a warm room and moved around a lot.
