I was very displeased with this visit. I don't wear my glasses that often because I prefer my contacts. But I wanted to use my frames that I got from them last time because they are in great shape and I didn't find any that I liked. They told me that I could only get them transformed to sunglasses. The next day I went back and told them that I wanted my own frames and they were reluctant, but finally agreed. When my glasses came in, I tried them on and the lense wasn't seated correctly, causing two parts of my metal frame to pull apart. I took them back to the store to have them look at it and was told that it was fine and that the what I thought was a problem was due to needing a stronger prescription. I took my glasses to another vision center and asked them to look at it. They took 30 seconds to adjust them so the lense was seated correctly and the metal was no longer pulling apart. I have had problems with RMEC in the past giving out incorrect prescriptions, but I wanted to give them more chances. I hope these problems can be resolved as they move forward. I would be extremely reluctant to recommend them.

The staff from the reception desk and everyone in between to the Dr was very helpful, polite, and courteous. I would say that I was very well taken care of by everyone I met during all of my visits.

Great doctors, staff members and opticians. They've helped us with complex eye problems, surgeries and simply filling prescriptions. All there work has been great. We have visited their offices in Pueblo, Canon City and Alamosa, due to our needs, and each office is efficient. Great organization.
