Dr E us knowledgeable and patient. He answers questions clearly.
I believe you need a better system for calling patients in line. Several people who came in after me were called prior to me. The same thing happened after dialation. There is definitely a more systematic way to handle patients. I was actually in the eye center for two hours not what I had planned.

Many of our clinics have multiple providers and testing facilities so not everyone is seen in the order they check-in simply because they may be there to see someone other than the doctor. We will work better at communicating that as well as sharing that wait times can be extended due to dilatation among other factors. Thank you for sharing! We were happy to have helped you.
