I had a few pre-purchase inspections done here and they were very thorough and talked me through what needed to be done and if the car was worth it or not. When I did buy my car I had them do all the work that was needed. When they were looking for a new catted down pipe, they went the extra mile and found one of the best (that ended up being cheeper) for me. They finished my car on time and under budget and this is the only place that I will ever bring my car in the future.

I was very pleased and blessed with the service I received from RMR. Dawn in the service center was on top of getting my car towed with the best price possible. I thank God for you Rich and Beth.

Bought a vehicle from RMR ,three months later fuel pump went out,and to my surprise when I called service to have it repaired they gave me a discount on the parts and labor. What a nice surprise I wasn't expecting anything I bought it used as is. Great business will be back for all future service. Thanks Jerry and gang.

Mountain Roos has always had friendly staff and they are helpful in explaining what repairs are needed. This is what brings us back, but for the second time I felt that the estimate for repairs was high. I am glad I checked with another reputable shop, and got both OE oxygen sensors replaced, cleaned mass air and throttle plate, plus replaced oil plug gasket, tranmission lines, both front and rear sway bar links. The shop power washed the engine and confirmed a small leak from one valve cover and pointed out That there is some seepage on axle seal. A courtesy tightening of the fan belt was also done. This was all done for $635, compared to $840.17, plus the $95 for the diagnosis from your shop. By the way the diagnosis did not include the fault codes. Because the other shop felt I had paid so much for your diagnosis they waved the cost for theirs. Needless to say I think I have found a new Subaru repair shop, and will limit my repairs to oil changes and tire rotations to Roos. Thanks for asking for input from your customers
