I have had two great experiences at Roland Park Vision Services. I live nearby so when my glasses broke (the hinge screw fell out and was lost) I went there and they fixed my glasses for free! In order to "pay them back", I scheduled my next eye exam there. The staff and doctor were extremely nice and did a great job. I also appreciated that the office was open by appointment only and everyone inside was wearing masks.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because when I called to make my eye exam appointment, the (older sounding?) woman who answered the phone was impatient and seemed like she was annoyed like I was bothering her. It felt like she just wanted to get off the phone and I almost went somewhere else. Other than that, I highly recommend Roland Park Vision Services!

The staff and Dr. Hyatt were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. If you need to have your eyes checked or need new glasses or contact lense, I would highly recommend you visit Roland Park Vision.
