The care at Roncy Village Vet Clinic is always amazing. We have been bringing our kitties here for many years and they are always so thoughtful & compassionate when our babies were sick & when terminally ill. They take the time to come up with solutions when illnesses are complicated. I always know our fur babies are in good hands when I bring them in.

Excellent Vet. at this clinic, very thorough. On the negative side, I do not understand why we are still unable to wait inside. Ask all customers to wear mask.

The staff is excellent and very caring with animals.

Caring, yet straight forward. She was very thorough in her approach to determine my cat's ailment. She checked with me first about any treatment or testing she was to do. I appreciate her kindness and sincerity.

Excellent experience all around. We needed chairs and the were provided most graciously. We were told the Vet would ‘phone us but he actually came out and spoke to us in person which we appreciated a lot

Thank you. Although we would have preferred to talk/work in person the phone call was lovely; at no time did we feel like we were being rushed, and we always felt we were being listened to. And on request we even got a full summary of what we discussed by email. Our dogs were happy and safe, and that makes us happy.

Dr. Johnson and the team were amazing for the euthanasia of our dear cat Maloos. They were equally excellent with our other senior cat Chunky when he received a much needed head to toe physical. They listened, took their time and really cared about us and our little family members. Thank you all, this is such important work!

They were good to accommodate my cat as a non-client for an urgent health matter when my own vet told me they had no appointments for 5! days.., My cat was in pain and literally, could have been seriously ill/dead by then, WT* !?

This clinic provided thorough assessment and review of the issue with my cat , a treatment and follow up plan. So far, they’ve showed that they .. care about the welfare of animals.

Rates are reasonable.

I now have a new vet clinic!
