After getting quotes from several HVAC companies, we decided to use Roper's Heating and Air Conditioning. Their customer service was outstanding. They arrived quickly following our request for a quote(they came out during an atmospheric river snow storm). Jamie, was happy to answer any and all of our questions before making a decision. The quote, although not the least expensive, was clear and thorough. We ultimately chose Roper's because they had the best Google reviews, customer satisfaction policy, labor guarantee, money back guarantee, included permit fees and most add-ons for the money. On the day of installation, they arrived on-time, asked permission before making changes to my attic access door and were respectful, courteous and professional. Following the installation, the technicians offered to show us how to use the new Ecobee thermostat. Before leaving, they cleaned up our house, driveway and yard. Overall an excellent experience!
