Robert DiLella opened his first Naples, Florida salon in 1980 and his eye for good design combined with his dedication to educating stylists on new and traditional techniques has contributed to the long-term success of Robert of Philadelphia's salons and product line.

Jade is one of our 10 year senior stylists and has a reputation for being extremely conscientious and always very concerned about getting it just right for our guest's happiness. Aside from her talent and experience she is also very humble and open to do whatever it takes. This was certainly out of character for us.
Of course your next visit will be completely on us! Our promise is always that if you don't love your hair and everything about your entire experience you don't pay and your next visit is on us.
Regarding the shampoo, Robert Sr. started an associate Stylist program in 1980 to help train and develop stylists with his haircutting, coloring and styling methods. In the process they shadow and assist a senior stylist who is a mentor for them. They work with them on all aspects of the experience including the shampoo, head, neck and shoulder massage. Not all Stylists in our Salons are mentoring others. Which is why you noticed others not with an associate Stylist. I am sorry you were not aware of this. We need to do a better job of communicating this especially since it is a key difference of our success being a teaching Salon. Tipping an associate in addition to your stylist is never required. The associate stylists are paid by the Salon. Thank you again! We appreciate and value you!! Robert
