Twice I've given these guys a shot and twice its been a terrible experience. The first time I made myself a routine check up in advance, I had to reschedule well before 48 hours prior to the appointment and they tried to charge me for it. I just decided to move onto another dental office for a while. After a year or so, they tried to get me back as a customer. So I went for a routine cleaning and X-ray in January. They told me that my insurance covered it, and I left satisfied. Over four months went by, I was getting email updates and newsletters no problem. Then, in May, they emailed me a threatening letter claiming that they would put me into collections within ten days for a small leftover balance (around $60). "For one reason or another, we have not received your payment."

Needless to say, I was quite irritated to get an aggressive letter. Gina, on the phone, claimed that the statements they had mailed me were being returned, even though the emailed copy had my address correct. I'm less than thrilled with their customer service, and I think I'll part for good with this business.
