My visit was good. The people were friendly and helpful as usual and I did not have to wait long to be seen although this is not always the case. My major complaint is that they have stopped accepting insurance from Aetna and MetLife. This caused my out of pocket cost for a cleaning to be $45 when it used be covered by insurance when Rose Dental was in their network. Because of the increase in cost due to Rose Dental dropping my insurance carrier, I will probably look for another dental provider even though I value the quality of their work. Simply put, I can't afford to pay twice for their services. Too bad, because I think they do good work.
