You guys are awesome, from making the appointment to managing expectations when the electrical engineer will arrive, and the the actual comprehensive work done and documented. Dan is awesome - great customer service. I am moving and had a lot of work to be done. I have left the new owners a list of contractors I've worked with for more than 20 years. I had a Light-exhaust fan in my bathroom. You removed it. I had no problem with it.

You installed a new light exhaust fan and heater. Now I have cold air coming out of the exhaust vent so much that I cannot use this bathroom . It seems your electrician was having problems hooking the exhaust vent to the duct work. He had to go to Menards for parts. I think something is not hooked up properly allowing fresh air to come out the vent. Do you think you could have somebody come check this out. Your consideration would be greatly appreciated. Dan was so friendly, informative and helpful! Even though I didn’t end up having any issues after all, he didn’t make me feel stupid and was so friendly! I usually don’t look forward to having work done in my home because I find most workers to be rude or off putting but I was pleasantly surprised. He even proposed some ways to make my babies room safer. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using roselle electric for any future issues!

I had a few jobs that needed to be taken care of in the house my mother left us. The electrician Juan was on time and swiftly identified the issue on each problem and made the repairs quickly. He also installed an outdoor outlet that had been on a wish list. One repair could not be performed regarding replacing a nonstandard outdoor lamppost fitting, but he knowledgeably advised us as to what we needed to get the correct part so it could eventually be completed. I found the charges to be very fair. This is a longstanding business with an excellent reputation. With my experience, there is a reason for this.

Roselle electric is one of the best companies in the Dupage’s area. Tori, one of the owners is very responsive. It is a well organized company. The company is a 24-hour service and services residential, commercial and industrial. I have been a customer since the late 80s. Dan is my favorite technician and he is a vey experienced and skilled electrician. The pricing is competitive and a pinch lower then most. I recommend this company.
