I have been coming here for at least 15 years. It’s understandable that throughout the years things will change it’s apparent that this clinic has acquired a large amount of customers, And with doing so they have had to add extra office help that does not meet the same standards as their original staff. When I entered the building there were one lady on the phone another lady playing on the computer I was not acknowledged by the lady in the phone she was kind enough to disrupt her phone call and acknowledge me. I stood there waiting the lady on the computer never acknowledged me and that’s not the first time this is happened especially with that same lady. There’s no doubt I will come back all of my dogs records are there and as I stated before I’ve been coming for over 15 years. I do however miss interacting with Leslie and Linda they are very personable and there is a little short lady I am sorry I don’t know her name who works the front desk she is also very personable and polite. As for the staff in the back that works with your pets they are great. We have not developed a type of relationship with the new event that we had with Dr Hester he’s going to be a hard act to follow.

EXCELLENT! Not only are the office staff friendly and professional but Informative. In this day and time so many employees do little to take the time to create a warm environment .This is not the case with Sharon and Leslie.. Dr.Cody is also a asset to your establishment. HE CARINGLY treated my dogs as if they were his own.They deserve Kudos for what I consider to be above and beyond!

Was over charged. Charges not explained upfront for services. I called clinic to speak with billing, talked to a person on Monday, was told someone would call me back. It’s Friday, no one has called me. I also referred my neighbor, but didn’t receive any referral discount.

This is the best reasonable veterinarian I've seen in years. I would have been afraid to have head x-rays and exam shots and medicine at any other vet. He was friendly caring concerned with a wonderful office staff. I plan to make this my permanent vet. Tucked away on the side of the shopping center but once you know where it's at you'll never forget.
