Over the years the Roswell Outback Automotive Team has maintained my Jeeps because of their excellent customer service, quality of work and reliability unmatched in business today. Recently I brought my wife's 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU Sahara into their shop to have the headlights, fog lights, and side marker/Indicator lights replaced with high intensity LED. I had purchased the lights from a common online retailer of Jeep parts. I started to do the work myself and realized this would be much more involved than I expected and since the vehicle was under warranty still I did not want to void that. Jeff was meticulous to ensure it was not. They too ran into some issues and we discussed solutions. Jeff reached out to notify me of progress during the day it was in the shop. They finished at closing with everything working as designed. There are other shops in the area that even specialize in this type of lighting, but they do not match Roswell Outback Automotives work ethic and quality in my opinion. I will continue to do work on all my Jeeps with them and you should too!

Took a newly purchased classic Cherokee to get a professional evaluation of any the car for any problems. The checkout was very thorough and several areas of concern were found. Had Roswell Outback addressed and fixed brakes and leaking seals and a rear axle and bearings. Other items will be put aside for now for fixing later. The evaluation was first class and I would recommend it be done for all prospective Jeep purchases. If I ever am considering purchasing another Jeep, I certainly will.

I’ve been taking my Jeep to Jeff for over a decade. I had engine and transmission rebuilds, and many other services completed by them and they were quick and did a great job for a fair price. That’s no longer the case. The last work I had done took over a month, they only did one thing and didn’t fix the problem, and when I took it to another shop for the problem, I was told that they far overcharged me. I had already figured that was the case. Then, the work they did failed because it was not done correctly. I even emailed Jeff the instructions and photos of what was done incorrectly, but received no response. I had to have that item replaced. This work was not done by Dan, who does excellent work. I let Jeff know about all of these problems, but have received no response. I’m very disappointed that this shop has gone downhill so quickly.
