We had a good experience, mind you Mom is writing not Teddy, who may have a difference of opinion as he was the patient. We arrived to a waiting room full of dogs which didn't help Teddy's trepidation. He cried all the way over to the office, luckily we only live 1/2 mile away! He was quite vocal when we entered the office also, however, as one dog started to bark at a dog coming out of an exam room, they all joined in as dogs will do. Teddy tried to disappear & was silent. A tech walking thru the waiting room quickly sized up the situation & directed us to an exam room. Teddy is a very shy cat, fun, loving, & a joy with family, but terrified of strangers. I was amazed to see him allow the tech who came to weigh him do her thing & he was great with Dr. Duff. Dr. Duff is so gentle with the animals, talking to them quietly to calm them while he exams them, I just think he's terrific & I think Teddy does too although he'll never admit it. All in all it was a good visit & Teddy is in fine shape.
