Taking my pet here a couple years ago was a great experience. Lately, getting timely call backs regarding active treatments has been an exhaustive exercise. We are really disappointed in that at one time we felt we mattered as a patient; now not so much. Not sure if it is because they are too busy or that the best service is saved for newer patients.
We are sorry that you feel this way. Our intentions are never to get back to any of our clients, old or new, in an untimely manner.
