I had enjoyed my experience with RUB in the past. This time when I had arrived after being a member and having four roll over massage I was told because a time lapse had occurred since my last massage. When I called to make an appt I explained I had four massages left abd the person on the phone stated they saw that. After leaving on yesterday, after having a good massage, the receptionist says my roll over massages can not be honored anymore. I was going to reopen my membership after having a good tension release deep tissue massage but I'm reconsidering.
It seems every time I come there is new people which makes it hard for me to establish a relationship since Jeff has left I have always had a different massage therapist.
My rating on the massage therapist was 8 but the inconsistency in message from administration I rate 4.
I wish to return but I'm unsure at this time.
Cora, we appreciate you feedback, and our apologies for any miscommunication. While we opted to allow you to forgo membership payments for several months without payments due to your specific personal situation, your membership expired late last year and unfortunately roll-over massages as part of our membership expire after 120 days. However, since our new receptionist, whom we are excited to have onboard, made an honest mistake and accidentally misspoke on her first day about your account, we wanted to ensure you had a good experience and provided a deep tissue massage at no charge to you. We value our client relationships since they are of the utmost importance to us. In the future if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever (or feel your experience was anything short of perfect), we encourage you to contact our manager Ryan Wyatt directly by email @ email@example.com or by phone @ 734-213-7600. We look forward to seeing you soon.
