I had enjoyed my experience with RUB in the past. This time when I had arrived after being a member and having four roll over massage I was told because a time lapse had occurred since my last massage. When I called to make an appt I explained I had four massages left abd the person on the phone stated they saw that. After leaving on yesterday, after having a good massage, the receptionist says my roll over massages can not be honored anymore. I was going to reopen my membership after having a good tension release deep tissue massage but I'm reconsidering.
It seems every time I come there is new people which makes it hard for me to establish a relationship since Jeff has left I have always had a different massage therapist.
My rating on the massage therapist was 8 but the inconsistency in message from administration I rate 4.
I wish to return but I'm unsure at this time.
