I was under the assumption that I was getting the special that is advertized on the sign out front, $45.00 for 1 hour, I guess it was my fault for not clarifying this when I checked but then again I think that the receptionist should have asked also. I ended up paying 65.00 which is the signature massage for non-members ( the sign out front is a little misleading saying no " contracts" but you have to be a member to get that price, not that a membership is a contract but still makes it sound like you can get 1 hour for$45.00 ) for each of us, that was $40.00 more than I had intended to spend. Massages are a luxury for us and we don't go as often as we would like and in this economy $40.00 is a lot of money to us, we won't be back to rubs for a long time, if ever, we will look for a more "upfront" place..........I would also like to add that my massage was only 47 minutes, when I pay ( especially at $65.00) for one hour I expect to get one hour from the first touch, not the time I walk into the place, very very disappointed customers.

Kirk, sorry for the delay in our response. We apologize for any misinterpretations there were about the service you received. Even though your history confirms that you have received Classic and Signature services with Rubs, we didn?t know that further explanation was needed. If there were any questions regarding specific specials or prices for your appointment we would have been happy to explain those to you.
Likewise, with the services you have received prior we concluded that you were also familiar with our spa hour template where time is deducted for consultation, undressing, and dressing. Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding.
Going forward, we will emphasize the different levels of services and prices in order to avoid this type of confusion. Thank you for this feedback as it provides us the opportunity to make changes, improvements, and grow.
