Thank you for your comments. We try our very best to communicate with our clients during the consultation so that we are able to achieve the best options discussed. Looking into the history of your appt shows that we had to do a color correction for your lowlights and at your regrowth which is a 2 step process that allows us to take your hair from blonde to brown. Without this step your hair would not take the brown color, it would be very ashy as brown is blue based and blonde is yellow based hence creating something with a greenish tone. The toner for your existing blonde was chosen to neutralize the orangy-yellow tone. Please contact us directly so we are able to address any concerns you have. We are sorry for any confusion.
