Dr. Shlyakhov is the most caring, diligent Ophthamologis I have ever had. I am an extreme patient care case having had radial keratotomy (bad technology before lasik), then Fuch’s disease (which causes blindness) and two transplants to resolve the Fuchs. My eyes are a scare tissue mess. But the Dr would not give up on me. He has me seeing the best I’ve seen in 30 years and has changed my life.

The team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I loved the ability to request an appointment from their website, even when theybwere closed. The doctor was awesome! She was patient with all my questions, helped me weigh the pros and cons of each option, and very informative.

The doctor was wonderful, however the front staff was not. The girl who was supposed to help me with glasses seemed preoccupied and gave me a lot of attitude. I asked to use my own frames and was told it takes longer because of the holidays. So I asked if I can purchase contact lenses until my glasses come in however the other female receptionist was also really annoyed and said that’s also a long process and it’s better to just pick a pair of glasses from their inventory. I asked for a copy of my prescription and they said they can’t give it to me! I left and will be going to another office!
