My highlights were left with warm spots on the back of my head from the fools falling. Instructors never checked the final outcome of my hair. Every time I come it seems like the atmosphere is less and less professional. I come back because it is cheap, but not requiring students to be professional and allowing a client to leave with patches In the back does not prepared the students for the real world.

I had the pleasure of having two students work on my foils, Shinah and Gabbey, and they both work hard at just the right color and applying the color. Awesome job and yes, I would tell a friend. Thank you both so, so much!!!

I want to say it was not the student at all that I gave 3 stars. I gave 3 stars because I used to be a VIP client for years and prior to that I participated in other programs that gave discounts and other perks since I've been a customer for close to 10 years. I asked if Paul Mitchell is offering another promotion. I was told about the "new VIP". What a joke, more than 3 times the old price and not similar benefits, I said I was not happy about the new offer. Later when I paid, I was told I could no longer add the tip on the debit card amount. I didn't know this change had been made. No notices via email, text or written notice posted anywhere. I had to give less than I had wanted to for a tip. I was told it was changes with new management. If you care about keeping returning clients communication needs to be better and have more reasonable perks to keep clients coming back.

My stylist was about 25 minutes late calling me back and ended up messing up part of my color treatment so I have to go get it corrected. The reason I’m leaving three stars is because Karen was so nice and willing to fix the problem.

I noticed how professionally the school has taught their student to be and how much knowledge that the student have by having the answers to all my important facial skin concerns and how they explain what the products are and what it does for our skin. Everyone are so friendly and how it appeared to me they enjoy what they do thank you Paul Mitchell for all that you do.
