Very good experience everyone is always friendly and professional.

1 concerned : I was told that it was $25.00 for my hair color.

Was that ok. Yes! Then on check out another person checked my hair. And I got the bill of 40.00 for the color. $ 10.00 for cut that’s fine. But a bill of $50.50 for one spot of color is a bit much.

Very satisfied with the service. Moriah was an excellent student and I was so impressed with how she is so patient with me and my difficulties with my hair. The instructor’s or teachers are so attentive with watching over what the students are doing with that I’m very happy with. I will be returning to have more done in the future. The place was clean and each students statuons was in order. I’m so impressed with this place. One thing I have to say though that it’s a bit loud in there and students need to know that there are customers there that they need to keep the personal negative talk about others to the minimum. There’s always someone listening especially your customers. Moriah was such a lady she did not react to those who came and talk about others. Just a FYI I work with customers and that is a No No around Work area. But over all I was happy with Moriah and the instructors.

The prices are great and I love my new platinum look! My issues have been with them messing up my appointments. I saw the same girl for months, but one Friday afternoon before my Saturday morning appointment I got a vm saying my girl was going to an event and to call to reschedule with someone else. I call back and they said they had nobody to do my hair. Since I had to be in town I decided to drop in to see if they could fit me in and it was no problem. I found out later the my girl was not supposed to go to the event because she had an appt. When she showed up Sat. morning I was already in someone else's chair.

This last week I called to confirm my appt. and was told it didn't have one. I always make my next appt when I am checking out. Not happy they said my girl had a 945A but I could come in at 11. I show up at 11 and my girl says she has another appt. at 11a (not 945) and she tells me that she was there when the front desk called me earlier in the week. I received no call. In fact, the person who answered said she didn't have an appt. (that should have been there first clue they had the wrong person) I find out when I checked out this last time there are actually 2 people with the same name except for the first letter.

Also, in the past when my (very short) hair has taken a long time to process my girl goes to find her learning leader who happens to be in charge of the fundraiser going on. It's very frustrating when the leaders are off doing other things.

My hair looks beautiful. The learning leader did an excellent job at guiding my hairdresser to my liking. I am happy to have my hair done so well that I get compliments on it
